BMW G series work with speed, if dash got a dealer update, its required to use the 30% mode.
You can select from now by BMW G the mode.

Mode 1 / left indicator flashes once – 30% counting with speed (after dealer update)
Mode 2 / left indicator flash twice – 0% counting no speed
Mode 3 / left indicator flash three times - 0% counting with speed (without dealer update)
Mode 4 / right indicator flashes once – serie
